Group objects
By grouping objectsA part of a picture, including shapes, text boxes, or lines that can be edited individually. The order of objects can be changed by using the Stack., you can treat them as a single object. The objects remain grouped, even if you click outside of the group. As long as you do not cropTo trim the outer area of a picture. the group or apply effects to it, you can later ungroup the objects to make individual changes to each object.
To group objects:

Press CTRL, and then click each object you want to include in the group.

On the Edit menu, click Group.
To ungroup objects:

SelectTo identify the part of the picture you want to work on. Using the selection tools, you can select multiple objects, single objects, or part of an object. the group of objects you want to ungroup.

On the Edit menu, click Ungroup.
Note
If you crop a group of objects or apply effects to it, the objects become flattened. As a result, you will not be able to ungroup the objects or edit text.
Tips

icon appears near the objects. To group the objects, click this icon. - If the objects are small or close to one another, it may be easier to select each object from the StackThe palette in the workspace that shows the layering order of objects. instead of from the canvasThe white area on the workspace that represents the printable portion of the picture..
- To select multiple objects, press the CTRL key, and then click each object. You can then move, delete, and alignTo position multiple objects or images in a straight line, either horizontally or vertically. the selected objects. However, when you click outside a selection of objects, the objects become unselected.
Tip
When objects are grouped, the
icon appears near the group. To ungroup the objects, click this icon.
