After you finish editing a picture, you can save it in various image formats, depending on what you plan to do with it. For example, if you want to share pictures in e-mail, save them in a format such as JPEG that is optimized for the Web. If you plan only to print the pictures, you can leave them in PNG format.
Once you have saved the pictures, you can share them by sending them in e-mail.
Tip
When saving photos, it is recommended that you do not save over the original file, known as the digital negative. Always save your photo as a new file. This ensures that you will always have the original photo from which you can create new pictures.
