Use advanced selection tools
Advanced selection tools give you more control when editing images by helping you fix problems that exist in only part of a pictureGeneral term refers to a single photo or a composite project on the canvas..
Advanced selection tools help you to isolate any part of a larger picture, so you can easily:
- Create new objects that can be duplicated or pasted onto other pictures.

- Combine parts from two or more pictures.
The advanced selection tools are located on the workspace toolbar next to the Selection options button. In addition to the object tool, there are four selection tools available.
