Windows can be run under the classic AmigaOS by using
  • PCTask (software PC emulator)
  • PCX (software PC emulator)
  • GoldenGate boards (hardware PC emulator with 80386 or 80486 processor and additional hardware)
For the Linux-hosted Ami/Elate, you can run Windows applications using Wine

An alternative would be to run VMware under Linux, which isn't an emulator, but will let you install windows as a virtual PC. You can install windows 9x, NT and 2000.
