block_mark_2
This sets the second marker in the current fold. The block is defined to be
the lines between marker 1 and marker 2 in the fold, if the markers are set
and marker 1 is before marker 2.
This area is marked in a different colour for clarity.
Marking is done on a fold basis. This allows you to have a different marked
block in each fold.
