Showers at Singapore Airport

Does anybody know if there are showers available for the
use of travellers at Singapore Airport? I am stopping
there for an hour or so en route from Australia to Spain,
and I'd love to be able to freshen up at this half way
(roughly) point!

I haven't travelled since 1991 and can't remember how long
I stopped over for - it was just a refueling stop - but by
the time we got off the plane and reboarded, there was time
to buy a new book and that was about it. I'd hate to be
rushing around trying to find showers and worrying about
getting back on the plane in time. BUT we all look like
death when we get off a long distance plane flight, so
don't worry about it too much!!
