I am off to southern Thailand from the middle of June until
the middle of July I want to head to Bali or Lombok. What
is the cheapest way to get there? Is it possible or
practical by boat and if you know the cost approximately how
much is a RT flight? Should I book the flight in the US or
purchase a flight in Thailand? Would appreciate your
suggestions...
