I am travelling to Thailand in December 1999, and plan to be on a Thai Beach for New Years Eve.
Is there anyone else doing the same thing - if so, I would like to get in contact with you.
Also, I was wondering if anyone could tell me whether there are any Millenium/New Year's Eve parties and what I can expect to pay for accommodation.
