My husband and I will be in Bali and although we are pretty
spontaneous as far as finding a room, for the first night
we would like to book a room in advance. I've been on the
Internet and see a price for the room and then a much lower
price for booking on the net. I hate to go ahead and book
only to find out that the price is much cheaper if we do it
when we get there. We are looking for a fairly cheap,
simple room--we just want our own bathroom. Maybe
$30/night. Any advice? Thanks!

We just returned from a two month trip to Bali and found a
double bedroom in a privat house with own bathroom. It only
cost us US$ 75.00 per week. The house is set in beautiful
Gardens and central location. It is 15 min drive from the
airport ( if you book ahead pick up is free) 15 min to
Denpasar and same to Legian, Semniyak etc. We use it as a
base and found it very convenient.

a very nice and personal hotel in a quiet
location.
28 US dollar for a big room with outdoor bathroom!
