Don't Go to Chalet Suizo in Cartagena

The German owners (a hefty couple) at the Chalet Suizo in
Cartagena are rude, unpleasant, and unfriendly. sometimes
they are ok, but other times the male owner is out of
line. I recommend not patronizing his services. Aside
from an poor value for his dormitory rooms (they charge $6
for dorms, whereas the other budget hotels charge $5 or
less for a private room with bath), you can get cheaper and
faster internet access with nicer and friendlier people at
the hotel vienna.

I personally witnessed the owners of the Chalet Suizo be
rude to several people as i waited for my boyfriend to use
the internet. They were rude and they were unfriendly, and
for no apparent reason. We never went back.
