Someone 'down there' said the 'David Chan camera shop' was
busted for some reason.
I went down the arcade where it was (TST, Kimberley Road).
Right, David Chan is gone, but there is a shop which looks
exactly the same. They might just change names.
The arcade has at least 4 camera shops and all have new and
2nd hand stuff - also rare Leica and Nikon things. I bough
things in some of them over the years and I consider all
more or less OK.
Otherwise - take care in TST!

Anyway the stores you were referring to have good deals on
second hand stuff but you would never know where it comes
from.
Took a camera to Nikon once only to find it was stolen goods
and I had it confiscated.
In HK its advisable to buy new or buy off someone who is
directly selling it and not thru a second hand outlet.
