Can I purchase a Mongolian visa upon arrival at the Ulaan
Bataar airport? Will be flying from Seoul to UB.
I'm am American living overseas with no nearby Mongolian
Embassies. Mail is slow and somewhat unreliable. Any
suggestions? Thanks!

Mongolian visas are available at the UB international a/port. Visa costs about 50 USD for 30 days. You can either take your own passport photos or immigration will take them for you (for a fee). A number of people speak reasonable English. A wonderful country. Have a good time.
