Webster's Apartments

I'm going to New York later in the year, with my mother.
I've been a few times before, but it'll be her first time.
A few years ago I stayed at a place called (I think)
WEbster's Apartments, which I think would be perfect for us.
It was run by a charitable trust (I think), is a women only
establishment, is really central (close to Times Square, I
think) and had a lovely roof garden. Unfortunately, I've
lost the address and phone number. Can anyone help me out
with a phone/fax number, address, or email address? Thanks,
