Diving in the Red Sea

Does anyone know if its better to go diving in Egypt from Hurghada or from Sharm El Sheikh, and any ideas on how expensive or cheap it is?

   Sharm el Sheikh is definitely better... (at least that's
   what think!)

   Sharm has nicer coral reefs.
   But Hurghada is beautiful too.
   It will cost you about 50$ a day in Hurghada.
   Mind that it's all boat diving in Hurghada.
   So you will leave early in the morning and get back
   at the end of the day.

   Hi there Julie
   I've dived Egypt many times over the last 10 years. If you
   contact me by e-mail I'll forward loads of diving and
   general first timers helpful info I've sent to others in
   the past. I have dived Dahab, Sharm and Hurghada and have
   travelled around the Sinai, Cairo and Luxor via various
   routes. I'd definately recommend Dahab first, Sharm second
   and Hurghada last. If you're game, why not try a camel
   safari out of Dahab to Gabr el Bint?
