Internet access in Cairo

Any recommendations? I'm hoping for an inexpensive place in
the center with a fast connection and a scanner on the
premises.

   Nile Hilton by the museum has a business centre - not so
   cheap. Also a cybercafe in the same block.

   There's a cyber cafe in the Basikin Robbins/Cafe de Paris,
   downstairs in a shopping mall on the north side of al-Bustan
   St. just east of Tala'at Harb St. Fraid I don't remember the
   cost as it was a year and a half ago but it wasn't much
   different than a hole in the wall establishment I also used
   and much better location.

   Very cheap and quick internet access can be got at the
   Hilton Shopping mall (downstairs next to the american themed
   bar). Brand new computers, best I found in the ME.
