We are planning to go trekking in Nepal, in september, with
our (by that time) 18 months old son. We are searching as
much information there is about health-risks for our kid.
And ofcourse, we would like to hear about experiences with
trekking in Nepal with a little child. The lonely-planet
guide 'travel with children' is helpfull, but need much more
specific information about Nepal for our kid.

    Hi Robert,
We have been in Nepal with our daughter, when she was 18
months old. We were a bit afraid of altitude sickness, so we
didn┤t want to do a real trek, but we spent some days in the
hills (Nagarkot). If you want you can contact me (also in
    German, if you prefer)
