We are planning a 3 week sojourn into the Middle East (Egypt, Israel and Jordan) this year with Zach a vibrant, curious and excitable 17 month old and arelooking for advice and tips from people who have done this part of the world before. We did a successful 3 week trip to Zimbabwe and South Africa last year so found out some handy hints ourselves - can give advice in this respect but would like to hear about pitfalls and triumphs in the Middle east. Cheers

We would like to take our 23 month year old to Zimbabwe and
Zambia in April to travel for two weeks and spend a week
with friends in Lusaka. Any advice would be great,
particularly if safari parks allow toddlers in and are they
considered safe for kids. Also if people know of fairly
nice, child friendly hotels, that would be great.
