NEPAL
Hi all! I am planning on traveling to Nepal (Kathmandu)
around early June, I have heard that it is one of the worst
times to visit Nepal due to the weather. I am in India at
the moment so if anyone has any advice it would be welcome!
Thanks
Jim!

Was in Nepal in June (some yeas ago) and it certainly was
slightly wetter than usual, but all the same I think I loved
it all the more for that! It's worth going!

    I agree!
And if you go in June, you'll avoid the huge amount
    of tourists!

true, you aren't likely to have the great views but assuming
you can deal with rain every afternoon then it might be a
great time. there shuold be very few trekkers and all the
sherpas will be home having their festivals, weddings, etc.

Be Careful if you go trekking. Heavy monsson rains can
cause tracks to wash away and flash floods occur. I trekked
in early may last year and experienced some heavy storms.
    cities are no problem
