Getting from Dhaka to Calcutta

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the easiest way
ot get from Dhaka to Calcutta is overland? Thanks a lot for
any information.

    There is a nonstop bus now. No one knows about it,
    especially Bengalis like Mr. Ganguly (an ugly colonial
    distortion...his real last name is Gangopadhhyay) but it is
    running.

    Dear Leo
    The plane takes forever too - always delayed for a long
    time. An interesting lesson in politics though.
