My husband and I go tommorow and i just found this great page! Is there any place I can not miss? Give me a clue. We will be there 5 days. I will print your responses at 5pm as I bolt for the airport. Thanks!

Go to: the castle for good views of the city. Walk round
the Alfama to soak up the atmosphere; likewise the Bairro
Alto (return at night for the bars restaurants and clubs).
Take a ferry over to Cacilhas for the seafood restaurants.
Take the train to Sintra to go to the palaces and castle
and just to enjoy the town. For beaches head to Costa da
Caparica, or Cascais, or Arrabida (the latter is a
beautiful place anyway). If you want to go a bit further
afield try Obidos and Nazare, which are delightful towns,
especially Obidos.
Back in Lisbon, don't miss Belem, with its monastery,
tower, coach and maritime museums and pasteis de nata
(custard tarts)- take an old tram from Praca do Comercio.
That should occupy your five days nicely. Have fun!
... while you're in Cacilhas, don't forget to go up Cristo
Rei, the huge statue of Jesus modelled on the one in Rio,
which gives excellent views of Lisbon and surrounding areas.
