Cheesy title I know, but classic really. I'm heading to Switzerland from Pamplona in July (after the running of the bulls) and from there through Italy to Greece. I need some help deciding where to go and what to see over a 6-8 week period. I am budgeting, so hostels and pensions - have done camping in Europe and I like a mattress! I'm interested in everything, but seeing as though it will be peak season I would like to find smaller places to stay (Amalfi coast??) where people are friendly and there are smaller queues. If anyone has been to Cesky Krumlov in Czech Republic you'll know what I like. I will have to go to Rome (of course) but other than that I'm not too keen on major cities. Thanks
