I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for hostels in
Berlin and/or Prague. I am a college student traveling with
my friend and we have limited budgets but love to party.
Any suggestions?

  1. Berlin Hostel... Added by: __Paul__ (paul@xenu.ee.mu.oz.au)

I was in Berlin about four weeks ago, and stayed in the
"Jugendgaestehaus am Wannsee" hostel. It's an HI-affiliated
hostel and cost about DM30 per night. The dorms each have
four beds, it's clean and a buffet breakfast is included.
It's a fair way out from the centre of Berlin, but the
S-bahn station is very close and takes only about 10mins or
so to get to the city.
Email me if you want the address or directions to it...
Irrespective of which hostel in Berlin you decide to take,
book in advance if you can - they _all_ seem to fill up with
school groups, which I found really annoying...

the name) When in the cheq- republic also visit
    chesky-crumlov!
