Use a web browser with key words "foreign exchange rates".
Seriously, have you even tried to find them on the internet
yourself? They're easy to find.
This one's really good: www.xe.net/currency
Cheers,

An easy one to use is www.rubicon.com then click on digital then click on currency exchange rates and then find the country you want.
Use a web browser with the words...currency exchange..and
voila!
I find this one very useful - also because you can compare current exchange rates with the rates back to 1990. http://www.oanda.com/converter/classic

www.x-rates.com
Go to www.bloomberg.com, then click on the markets button.
This site is great, especially if you like to look at other
financial info.
