Hi,
My Australia to Europe airfare with KLM apparently allows me
to fly into London City Airport, as opposed to specifically
only Heathrow or Gatwick.
Definitely I will fly in thru LCY instead of LHR, but can
anybody tell me if I would have to pay any 'arrival taxes'
or other such fees ?

Yes you will have to pay tax, but it will be included in
the price of your ticket. You will pay more tax than if you
flew into and out of Heathrow but only a couple of quid.
Worth it cause it takes about two seconds to get through
customs at City airport. Also cool if you enjoy nailbiting
landings in toy-size aeroplanes onto runways surrounded by
    (cold gray shoppingtrolley-filled) water.

I'm sure KLM is happy to answer your questions
Visit their web-site at www.klm.com and send them an e-mail
Have a good time in Europe!
