Nice - car rental

we are looking for affordable car hire for 12 days in nice.
we want a cheap car for 2 drivers aged 21 and 22
respectively. any info, tips??

   Hate to tell you this, guys, but in europe there is no such
   thing as cheap car rental (much less cheap gas), ESPECIALLY
   if you're under 26 and have no european license. I'd
   seriously try to make the most of public transportation if I
   were you (it really works over here - no one has a car) or
   find a trust fund.

   a lot of places won't hire to under 23's as the insurance
   is loaded that way.
