For an approximate seven hour layover at the Zurich airport
are there shower and/or napping facilities in the airport?

that'sa shitty airport to have a layover in. zurich is one of the smallest airports i've ever been to. the good thing is it's only about 10 minutes train ride to the city centre and at the main train station there are nice showering facilities and 7 hours is plenty of time to get down there, wash up, and have a stroll down the bahnhofstrasse straight through to the end to the beautiful harbour and mountain backdrop. it's really picturesque, but just dont talk to the people, zurchers are the worst, they'll ruin your trip.
