Because there is a border with Serbia, some tourists are
afraid and avoid the country.
If you go there : have some Deutcsh Mark (DM) to pay the
rooms in Budapest, you will spare about 50% of the price
in Forints (people offers rooms in the stations). You
can find a room for two at about 20 DM in the center.
There is no black market for money, or few and no value.
