Looking for budget accommodation in Berlin in July.
This is for an elderly, but fit & active single male.
Needs to be clean, conveniently located blah blah blah
any suggestions would be appreciated

   near Zoo station there is a info office they can arrange
   you a bed in a (cheap) hostel.

   If 33 US dollars a night is cheap enough may I suggest the
   Cristal Hotel on Kant Street, next to Savignyplatz local
   rail station, one stop from Zoo station ? I liked it a lot
   two months ago. I can send you address and phone number if
