I haven't been to Bulgaria for a few years. Is it still the
wonderful place I left behind? Are the people still the
friendliest in E Europe? Have there been any major changes
in Bulgaria since 1994? And dare I ask, how do Bulgarians
view UK citizens in Sofia (mit NATO etc..). Lets chat about
the highs and lows of this fascinating country.
