I'm female, fit, and 50. Five feet tall, 102 pounds, long
curly hair. Financially independent through my own effort
and success. And I've got a wanderlust burning in me.
Went overland England -> SE Asia for a year in my early
twenties, but have been limited to three-week trips since
then due to career. Now I'm free.
Looking for companion(s) interested in celebrating life and
exploring SE Asia, French Polynesia, the Pacific region, or
?? Would prefer a male as I've been hassled alot (small
women are always targets). Can afford expensive hotels but
have a better time in remote locations where there are no
expensive hotels.
Anyone else out there in my position?

Me too! Am not independently wealthy as yet, but have
finance will travel. Am free at present, female, exotic
racial mix, single, straight and 29. Have travelled 'rough'
previously to NZ, Africa and UK (where I have stayed for
some bizarre reason, actually, not really bizarre - its
called the Pound Rate of Exchange!). I'm interested in
finding fellow independent travellers with a chilled
disposition, a modicum of sense and a desire to enjoy
themselves, come what may!

Love to travel especially in India. 40,female,married,
straight, and have no kids. So can get away from home
andfamily once in a while. Love toshow and see this country
with likeminded travellers. Especially the mountains.
I've been to most of the places you've been and to the ones
you're wanting to visit. I'm also 50, a lawyer, and am
interested in going to Bhutan and/or southern Thailand this
fall/winter. Only have about 3-4 weeks, as I'm still
working, but think it would be interesting to share
experiences and plans. So many really young people here on
line. Where are the people our age? In rv's or 5 star
hotels? Sad. Drop me a note.
