Hi,

travel on to Ciudad Juarez and from there to Chiuhuahua.
I will arrive in El Paso at three in the morning and i don't
know if there are trains or busses i could take.
And does anyone know a nice but cheap hostel in Chiuhuahua.
If someone could help i will be realy gratefull.
Thanks.

It has been a few years since being in El Paso (say howdy
for me!) but I say prearrange a room for the night in El
Paso. Don't walk about at 3am. Take a taxi to the border
the following day (downtown EP/Juarez) and walk across. From
there taxi to bus station or train station for the trip to
    Chihuahua.

I live in El Paso and suggest either hanging out in the airport until daybreak or finding a hotel. There won't be too many budget choices around the airport, just a Hilton and a Marriot. There is an excellent service at the Turismos Rapidos Bus terminal in Downtown El Paso, where they run a shuttle to the Juarez Bus Station. This is $5, a cab at the bridge in Juarez will ask $8-10. They can even sell you a seat on a bus to Chihuahua on your way to the Juarez bus station. There are many first class busses to Chihuahua beginning very early.
