any recommendations for access to E-Mail and the internet in
the following places? Panachel in Guatemala, San Jose, Costa
Rica, Utila, Honduras and Bocas del Toro in Panama?

   I can't remember the name, but there is a little shop on
   Bocas del Toro that provides internet access.
   When you arrive by boat, it's on the opposite side of the
   street and down a little to your right.
   Enjoy Bocas...it's a great place.
