Smelly durians, anyone?

I heard from someone that there are durian plantations in
Queensland. Durians are the infamous green, 'smelly' fruit
with a spiky shell and creamy, yellow flesh. It's common
and popular in South-east Asia.
Does anyone know of any durian plantations in Qld? I'd like
to go check them out for myself!
Ta!

You could try contacting the Queensland Department of
Primary Industries. They may have some links with exotic
fruit growers in the Far North Queensland area. Their
    website is www.dpi.qld.gov.au
    Hope this helps.
