   I don't know where you are but in NZ i've usually been
   lucky enough to get them privately through the Trade and
   Exchange newspaper. People put free ads in them and you can
   call them. I don't know if you have anything similar where
   you are. Good luck.

   In Australia, especially in area's outside of the capital
   cities it is possible to purchase concert tickets thru
   Coach/Bus companies who add an additional fee to cover the
   cost of transporting you to the concert. Also check the
   for sale columns in local newspapers as people who pre-
   purchase their tickets and then for whatever reason can't
   attend will often advertise them in this column.
   Quite often if groups purchase tickets and some drop out
   they will sell the tickets at the venue before the show
   starts. So sometimes it is possible to buy a ticket if you
   get to the concert venue early.
