Exmouth and Ningaloo Reef

My husband and I will be in WA during Oct. and Nov., 1999.
We had planned to spend a majority of this time in the
Exmouth area. Please let us know the conditions there now.
Did Vance damage the reef? Will Exmouth be capable of
accepting tourists by Oct.?
Thanks,
Lan

pleased to know that the reef is fine and that Exmouth has
re-opened for tourists. However, the accommodation is not 5
star luxury, just comfortable! Certainly the conditions in
the town will be even better by October. Enjoy your stay
in the beautiful north-west of our State!

    Sandgroper,
Fantastic! We were saddened to read about the storm and what
it did to WA but we're not surprised to know that the locals
are getting things back together. We don't need 5-star
accomodations since we travel cheaply and enjoy hostels.
