My family and I will be travelling to Fiji for a fortnight
in August. I believe that a lot of childrens Osh Kosh
clothing, Gap and other 'designer' labels are manufactured
here. Does anyone have any details on where I could start my
shopping trip, I'd love to get some great stuff for the kids
and us of course. Any information on shopping would be
greatly appreciated. Thanking you in anticipation.

I do not believe that any of those are manufactured in Fiji,
but I've been wrong before so..
    here is the contact for fiji business;

You will enjoy shopping in Fiji, if you enjoy wheeling and
dealing. There are some beautiful crafts items, and other
clothing at great prices and selection. And the airport duty
free is still one of the cheapest in the world.
ps please leave a note here if you find out that they do
    make the above apparel.

If it is not, wherever you find your name brand clothes,
PLEASE act responsibly and morally and be sure that the
"factories" are reputable places and not western companies
exploiting the local laborers and environment

...& I heard that the 'label' clothing that is sold in Fiji
    are knock offs not originals.
what ever you do remember that a lot of the time the
    ticket price is negotiable
(I got a dress that had a price of fjd79.95 on the rack &
    paid $40 for it)
