We can't decide where to spend Christmas - at the
Queenscliff YHA or at the Sorrento YHA in Victoria? Which
do you think is better? We're looking for a nice place to
relax and enjoy the day.

queenscliff is quiter and more charming and prob attracts
    older people - over 40s?
sorrento will be very busy and full of families and
teenagers and younger people and the beachers are way
    groovier

There is a regular ferry service that connects the two
towns. Personally I'd choose Sorrento, but maybe you'd
also like to consider Torquay or Jan Juc.....

Sorrento is way more touristy, young and trendy. It
depends what you are looking for. I prefer Sorrento
because it is "prettier". Queenscliff is quieter, but like
Lynne said......just hop on that ferry!
