    Buy an Australian slang dictionary and look it up. By the way, if this person is not pulling our legs, please refer to him as a USA citizen, and not upset the rest of the people living on the continents of North $ South America, where I am sure there are numbers of polite and intelligent inhabitants who don't care to be lumped in with the USA.
