| If you don't buy into brochure blurbs, you'll
know that fellow travellers can be one of the best sources of info
around. We get a mountain of mail from travellers on the road, covering
everything from how to get a summer job in Guatemala to how to find
a cold beer in Timbuktu. We want to share this stuff with other
travellers asap, so in most cases we haven't checked the facts they
contain (letters in red have
been verified, although not necessarily by Lonely Planet).
The letters make great reading, but be smart and treat tips with
caution until you suss things out for yourself. |
