Setting up an ImageStation account for your online photographs is fun, easy, and it's free!
Go to www.imagestation.sony.com and open an account to purchase your own online photo album.
Send your traditional film to ImageStation for digitization. If you have traditional 35mm film, use a postage-paid film mailer to send us your photographs for processing. To request a free film mailer, go to www.imagestation.sony.com and fill in the form.
Sony ImageStation will digitize and upload your images, and then send you an e-mail message that tells you how to view and share your photographs on ImageStation.
Or, if you're using a digital camera (instead of a traditional 35mm camera), you can upload digital photos directly from your computer. After you've set up an account, just go to the Message Center, and then log into the ImageStation website from My Internet.

You must have Internet access and a Sony ImageStation online album to use this function. Here's how:
Click the My Internet button on The Photo Room screen.
On the left side of your screen, select Sony ImageStation.
If you want to download an album you have already accessed previously, or an album for which you have an ID, click the option "Download from a known album" and select the album you wish to download from the list on the right side. When you are ready, click OK.
If you want to access an album of yours which doesn't appear in the list of existing Albums, click the "Download from account's albums" option. In the right part of the dialog, enter your name and your password. Note: Next time you return to this page, all previously retrieved albums will appear in the list. When you are ready, click OK.
All the photos inside the album will be imported in your personal Library. Note: the photos will actually be saved in the directory MGI/ PhotoFun/ Sony ImageStation as jpeg files. While you are viewing the photos in My Library, you haven’t really transferred them yet. That happens only after you select a thumbnail and click OK to continue.
Then, the transfer process begins and you must select the picture resolution you want to transfer. Click the OK button to continue. Downloading images is free.
After you click OK, you will be taken to the Fun Lab and you photo will appear on the right side of your screen.
