View or Modify Properties of a Java Applet Component

You can display and change the properties of any component in "Component" view. This enables you to customize the components built into "Component" view, so that 8Legs is customized to your work environment.

There are presently four types of components for which you can view properties: folders, HTML Snippets, Images, and Java Applets.

To display the properties for an Image component in your "Component" view, do the following:

1. Click the name of a Java Applet component in the "Component" view.
