Your calculations are correct! Even though your probes sent out pulses of 1032 photons, HT Cas is so far away that they get spread out so that there is no detectable signal.

On the other hand, by the time the signals return to Earth, perhaps there will be a huge telescope in space (much bigger than Arecibo is) that will be able to detect the signal...
