This concept could be used as a belt worn by emergency medical technicians. The Encryption Key securely encodes personal information to and from the hub. A second, smaller device worn by police officers would act as secure information hubs. Custom peripherals might include ID/fingerprint scanners, blood/alcohol tester, displays, etc.
