Except for established accounts, generally retailers on Net 30, Above the Timber
accepts only prepaid orders via U.S.Mail. No phone orders are accepted. The listed phone
and fax numbers are for information and established wholesale accounts, not retail orders.
Above the Timber encourages Colorado customers to purchase from Colorado retailers. To
locate your nearest Colorado retailer email info@AboveTheTimber.com and specify your city
and product(s) of interest. Above the Timber has no knowledge of any retailers
stock, only that the item was shipped to a retailer, often many months prior to your
inquiry.
Sales Tax
Colorado customers must include 3% sales tax. Customers
anywhere but Colorado should not include sales tax.
Shipping & Handling (USA only)
Include $4.00 for any quantity or combination of Books, Screen Savers and
Calendars
Include $4.00 for any quantity of Posters
Posters must be shipped separate from Books or Calendars, hence a separate S&H charge.
