The Designer Quad View windows can be resized by dragging the mouse cursor at the intersection of the four views.
Resizing the views is especially useful when working with models that are not symmetrical in size since vertices outside the view windowss are not displayed.
To reset the Quad View to the default size, invoke Window > Reset Quad View Windows or press the F4 key.
