Submit Your Holiday 2003 Gift Ideas -- We may not approve of ads for Christmas sales appearing the day after Halloween, but it is now once again a decent time to start thinking about the year's annual spectacle of consumer confidence. For us at TidBITS, that translates into sharing the best holiday gift ideas from readers in our traditional holiday gift issue, slated for publication during the second week in December. So tell us what gifts you're planning to bestow on your friends or family, or what gifts you're hoping to receive yourself.
