iTunes 9.2.1

by Doug McLean

Apple has released iTunes 9.2.1 [1] to fix a number of bugs, addressing some minor unspecified issues with drag-and-drop, disabling some older incompatible third-party plug-ins, resolving performance problems that can occur on the first sync of a new device with iTunes 9.2, and fixing a bug triggered by upgrading an iPhone or iPod touch to iOS 4 with encrypted backups. Finally, the update addresses a critical security vulnerability [2]. iTunes 9.2.1 is available via Software Update and the Apple Support Downloads page. (Free, 101.82 MB)
