User License Agreement
- The "program" Generations is distributed in the hope it will be useful and
beneficial to build genealogy trees. The program is entirely FREE and you are encouraged
to copy and distribute to your family members, relatives, friends, guests, neighbors,
pets, or any other party interested in the program. You are welcome to do so as long as no
charges are applied for the copy of the program.
- You may indirectly collect money to cover shipping and handling costs, storage medium,
download time, installation time, or any other service justifying additional fees. You are
welcome to make the program available for download from your own web site, and/or
"bundle" the program with any another software.
- In no event, may any other party modify and/or reverse-engineer the program. The author
reserves exclusive rights to enhance and modify the program without notice to produce
upgrades and/or create new releases.
- Since Generations is licensed free of charge, the program is granted "as is"
without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to,
the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. The
author may not be liable to you for damages, loss of profits, including any general,
special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use
the program.
