FreqAdj version 1.0 is a sound file frequency
adjuster utilizing the FFT algorithm. It will
adjust the frequency of virtually any sound
file (2, 4, 8, 16 bit) without changing it's
length or sampling rate. Real neat, can be
used for voice disguising, etc. From
