Wave - ADPCM File Converter v1.01
Command-line utility to convert 16 bit,
stereo .WAV files to a compressed format
1/4th the original size. The Decoder is used
to restore the compressed file back to it's
original format. Although this is a "lossy"
algorithm, you will probably not be able to
hear any difference. Shareware. (c) 1993 BTP.
